If you are booking for the first time, you need to register. 
You need to fill out your name, home address and e-mail address. After registration you will receive an e-mail with a link to set your password.

Login and “forgot password”
To book a meeting room you need to sign in by clicking on "Sign in". If you forgot your password click on on "Sign in" and next on "Forgot password?".

To reserve a reservation you first need to go to "Availability". You can then "drag and drop" with the left-mouse click to select the time for the preferred date.
Alternatively, you can also click on "Reserve" to manually set the preferred meeting room, date and times. 

Problems with signin in
If you can’t sign in, you either don't have an account yet, or you might have forgotten your password. If you don't have an account click on "Register". If you forgot your password you can click on "Forgor password?" to reset it.
